Vivek takes keen interest in driving client partnerships, defining strategic focuses as well as creative direction. a voracious reader and an ardent film buff, Vivek has dabbled in film production, defining animation studios and fashion brands.

A qualified architect and a passionate photographer, Kushal’s fascination for media developed during a summer internship and he soon followed it up with a successful MBA degree. His thesis done during the B school programme focused on “digital marketing” and was listed No. 1 among the year’s Bombay University papers. His affair with the digital space only grew stronger as the media environment began warming up to its immense potential. Kushal has been one of the founding members of Rediff.com. In his earlier role as Managing Director “Media Contacts” and Business Intelligence Head “Reliance ADAG”, Kushal has been responsible for establishing teams and setting operations in India and across other South Asian zones. He has been an active speaker at various media platforms, conferences, summits globally and continues to do so.

Relaxation for Kushal is spending precious hours with youngsters and children exchanging views and sharing ideas in the classroom. From Guest lectures in the prestigious corridors of IIM (A), IIM (L), SP JAIN, NMIMS, JBIMS and so on to the classrooms of a local school and the slums for the under-privileged, Kushal is most certainly working at creating the next-gen work force.
